I go to this bank once a month maybe a little more on the occasion, and I feel harassed almost every time. The second I get in the doors they're on me like hawks which is great for some people who need the help but I already know what I'm doing and I tell them every month, and still they try and push their quick pay app which I have declined many times for personal reasons. The staff are nice people doing their jobs but I don't feel welcome when they treat me like a new costumer every month.
The Sedona Chase branch went out of their way to help us with a small task today. We needed $6 in quarters and there was a long line due to the extensive safety measures, but Billy greeted us in the lobby and recognized we didn’t need to wait in the line for change. He helped us right away and saved us at least 20 minutes. Thank you for empowering your employees to provide excellent customer service!
