We let her know what our needs were and sizing restrictions and she was very helpful in showing us living room furniture that would work best for our needs. She was amazing and even brought out a measuring tape to make sure the dimensions worked for our small living room. Alicia Sanchez helped once we made our decision. She made the application process very easy and explained it all very clearly. Both ladies were very sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend coming with either one. We’re excited for our much needed couches.

The last couple weeks I have been to three different furniture stores, and found the service at Ashley was superior as well as the quality of furniture and offerings they had in the store.I will definitely buy furniture from Ashley’s again and I’m glad to have this service and store in North Platte!Ashley @ Ashley’s customer service was also unmatched

I wish this could be a higher rating. The staff is wonderful and very helpful, but the loveseat we waited 8 months to get after we ordered it has broke 3 different times in the first 15 months. They have stood behind the repairs each time but it usually takes over 2 weeks at a minimum to get the repair completed. So you have to go with out a main part of your living room furniture for that long. If this is the case I don’t understand why they only have 1 technician to serve all of western Nebraska.

I purchased a king mattress (store brand) in october. I was told I had to but the base and cover in case it wasn't comfortableI went in January cause mattress was too soft. Was told it was going to cost me almost the same as what id already paid on the first mattress. Sales lady kept trying get me to get a card through them so I'd only pay so much per month. I refused this option at least 3 times. I feel like I was duped when I bought the mattrees.

We purchased a Beautyrest Black mattress and had it delivered. We are so excited to start getting a good nights sleep again! Huge shout out to Seth and Adrick. Their delivery was on schedule and they were conscience of keeping their feet clean coming into our home due to the snowstorm. They were thorough in their explanation of my next steps and made sure the bed was set up to my liking. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much!
