Camps

The focus of our camps is to offer a basic horsemanship program which develops: Riding skills, Horse Care skills, Stable Management skills, and Safety skills.

What Our Camps Feature

Lessons

Small group lessons with safe, suitable school horses for each riding level.

 

Control Exercises

Use of cavalletti and gymnastics for balance and control exercises.

 

Free Time

Daily free time for bonding and caring for the horses, visiting with friends at the pool or just relaxing.

 

Quality Instruction

Qualified, experienced instructors who endorse the US Pony Club Manual as a teaching tool.

Overnight Camp:

$900/WEEK

    July 12-17
    July 19-24
    *DUE TO COVID 19 PANDEMIC WE WILL BE MOVING ALL OVERNIGHT CAMPS TO JULY. PLEASE STAY TUNED FOR ANY CHANGES AND UPDATES THAT MAY BE NECESSARY. THANK YOU

Day Camp:

$450/WEEK

     June 29-July 3
     July 6-10

***ALL APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 9, 2020 WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY $950/WEEK OF BOARDING CAMP.


$200.00 deposit per week, non-refundable, to be sent with application. The balance to be paid by June 1. In order to maintain our small enrollment, ABSOLUTELY NO FEES WILL BE REFUNDED OR CREDITED AFTER JUNE 1.

Suggested Equipment For Day Camp

  1. Sheet and pillow for rest time.
  2. Swim suit, pool towel, goggles, pool shoes, sunscreen.
  3. Shorts and tops
  4. STM approved hard hat with harness (May be rented at Holiquin-$5.00)
  5. Gloves, long pants or jodpher pants, knee socks.
  6. Jodpher boots, high leather boots, or a boot with a heel for riding.(No high rubber boots)
  7. Jacket or sweatshirt
  8. Bag lunch daily
  9. Money for candy store and soda (optional). Juice provided.

Suggested Equipment For Boarding (Overnight) Camp

  1. Pillow, sheets (single), blanket or sleeping bag
  2. Towels, washcloth, shampoo, soap, toothbrush, toothpaste
  3. Bathing suit, towel, flip flops or poolshoes, sunscreen, goggles
  4. Shorts and tops, jacket or sweatshirt, long pants and knee socks for riding
  5. Riding helmet
  6. Boot or tie shoe with heel for riding. Paddock boots are best! Try to avoid cowboy boots, No tennis shoes or rubber boots.
  7. Money for candy store etc. (optional).
